📦 Order Processing & Shipping

🔄 Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • 👕 The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition
  • 🏷️ All original tags must remain attached
  • 📦 The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • 🧾 Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • ❌ Gift cards
  • ❌ Final sale or clearance items
  • ❌ Personalized or custom-made products
  • ❌ Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • ❌ Returns requested after the 30-day return period

💸 Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.


🔁 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • 🚚 Damaged during transit

If you need an exchange, please contact us with your order number and supporting photos.

📭 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • 📸 Include clear photos of the item and packaging
  • 🧾 Provide your order number

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.


❌ Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed for shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process outlined in this policy.
